CryptoChess is a chess product. This notice covers free play, ranked games, USDC wallet linking, and paid tournament entry on Base. It is not legal advice and is not a guarantee of winnings.

Accounts

You must choose a username and confirm that you are 13 or older. Country and birth year are self-attested. Paid entry also requires you to be 18 or older. They are not full identity verification.

Play

Play fairly. Do not cheat, harass other players, or abuse reports. Staff may restrict accounts for integrity or safety reasons. Engine hints after a game are optional and are not a fair-play verdict.

Prizes and wallets

Paid events take a fixed USDC amount on Base. Entries lock until the event settles or a pre-lock refund applies. Prize payouts and refunds go to your linked prize wallet on Base. Your wallet shows network fees before you confirm. Staff identity review uses the legal name you submit. Country allowlists and sanctions denylists may still restrict paid entry and prize claims. There is no third-party KYC vendor, and no identity document is uploaded.

Contact

Signed-in players can send a question from Account settings. Staff reply on that page.
